• Any request for a redo, refinement or adjustment must be submitted within 2 weeks of the original appointment date.
• Complimentary adjustments are intended to perfect or amend the original service only and do not constitute a change of colour, style, or service direction from that originally agreed.
• Results may vary based on hair history, home care, and existing condition. These factors may influence the outcome and will be considered when assessing suitability for a redo or partial refund.
